Romantic mountain Christmas in the Almchalet
Christmas in the mountains, Christmas in the snow, a childhood dream comes true! As in the old days, we cut down the Christmas tree in our own forest and then warm ourselves with freshly roasted chestnuts and mulled punch by the crackling farm stove in the hut. Far away from the hustle and bustle of the city, you decorate the tree in the old parlor while the children frolic outside in the snow or let off steam on the ski slope. When dusk falls over the forest and hunting lodge, then it is here: Holy Night.
Romantic Christmas days in an old mountain house in the Hohe Tauern National Park at 1,300 m above sea level, walks in the crunchy snow, feeling the magic of the Christmas season, cozy celebrations in the old farmhouse parlor - this dream comes true with our offer "Mountain Christmas in the Almchalet Goldbergleiten".
Alpine skiing on absolutely snow-sure natural snow slopes, high alpine in front of the Grossglockner at over 2,000 m above sea level, ski tours in the Goldberg massif, snowshoe hikes with the national park rangers, a romantic horse-drawn sleigh ride, enjoying the healthy mountain air, peace and quiet far away from the hustle and bustle of the cities - that's what a winter holiday with us in the mountains is all about!
Our Christmas events at the Almchalet:
- Cutting down the Christmas tree together in our own forest, with mulled wine, roasted chestnuts and gingerbread at the snow bar (on December 23rd in the afternoon or December 24th in the morning, depending on the weather)
- Opportunity to attend the Christmas mass in the Sagritz parish church on Christmas Eve (December 24th, 10 p.m. solemn Christmas mass, 15 minutes walk from us through the winter forest)
- Introduction to snowshoe hiking, including rental equipment for the duration of the stay (date by arrangement and weather conditions)

Original Swiss cheese fondue in the cozy farmhouse parlor (date by arrangement), including suitable wine accompaniment.

- 5 nights in the Almchalet Goldbergleiten including final cleaning, WiFi Internet, 2 parking spaces and all consumption costs.
